WHEREAS, sealed bids were publicly advertised in the official Village newspaper and received on October 10, 2018 for the Foxwood Tennis Courts Rehabilitation Project, and

WHEREAS, bids were received as per the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the

Village of Pleasantville, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of

Public Works, hereby awards the bid for the Foxwood Tennis Courts Rehabilitation Project to Sport Tech Acrylics, Brewster, New York in the amount of $29,500.
