Res. No. 2023-11 Consider adopting Introductory Local Law 1 of 2023 to amend Chapter 173, Article VII, Section 60, of the Code of the Village of Pleasantville concerning parking on Washington Avenue and Hildreth Place

WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has proposed Introductory Local Law 1 of 2023 to amend Chapter 173, Article VII, Section 60 of the Code of the Village of Pleasantville entitled “Schedule XII: Parking Prohibited at All Times” to prohibit parking on the west side of Washington Avenue from Hildreth Place south for 30 feet and from Hildreth Place north for 38 feet, and 

 

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held and closed on Monday, January 23, 2023 concerning Introductory Local Law 1 of 2023 to prohibit parking at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Hildreth Place,

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the Village Board of Trustees hereby adopts Introductory Local Law 1 of 2023 which shall become Local Law 2 of 2023 upon its passage.
