RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees, hereby appoints Alyssa Hochstein to the title Secretary to the Village Administrator, job title code 0023-03, effective May 17, 2021 at a salary of $70,000.  Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of a minimum of twelve weeks and can be extended to a maximum not to exceed fifty-two weeks.
