RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees, hereby appoints Michael Newman to the title Superintendent of Recreation, job title code 0260-01, effective May 17, 2021 at a salary of $105,000.  Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of a minimum of twelve weeks and can be extended to a maximum not to exceed fifty-two weeks.
