RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees, hereby approves the request for a film permit from Cooler Water Productions, LLC for Wednesday, June 2, 2021 for the purpose of the production of HBO Time Travelers Wife to include partial closure of Wheeler Avenue starting at 5:00am, reservation of parking spaces in the downtown and Old Village areas, and utilization of Village police officers for public safety,

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Police Chief has the authority to cancel the event due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns.
