RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees, hereby appoints Noreen Regan to the title Village Treasurer, job title code 0065-03, effective June 18, 2021 with a salary increase to $140,000 effective June 1, 2021. Said appointment is subject to a probationary period of a minimum of twelve weeks and can be extended to a maximum not to exceed fifty-two weeks.
