RESOLVED; that the Village Board hereby schedules a public hearing for November 22, 2021 at 8:00pm to consider Introductory Local Law 8 of 2021 to opt-out of allowing adult-use retail cannabis dispensaries and adult-use on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate within the Village of Pleasantville as authorized under New York State Cannabis Law Section 131.
