WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Number 2013-86, the Village Board of Trustees approved a Common Driveway Easement Agreement benefitting certain property at 204 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, New York (the “Property”); and

WHEREAS, the on July 16, 2013, the owner of the Property paid the Village $15,000.00 in consideration for the easement; and

WHEREAS, the Common Driveway Easement Agreement was never filed and recorded with the Westchester County Clerk and the original document is no longer available for filing and recording.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of Trustees hereby approves and authorizes the Mayor or Village Administrator to re-execute the Common Driveway Easement Agreement, subject to final review and approval by the Village Attorney as to form and substance; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Administrator is authorized to take all other actions necessary to implement the terms and conditions of this Resolution.
