Motion made by Trustee and duly seconded by Trustee that the following resolution is put forth for adoption:
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees hereby approves the request from Sarles Lane residents to hold a Block Party on Saturday, September 23rd (rain date September 24th) from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
