Motion made by Trustee             and duly seconded by Trustee              that the following resolution is put forth for adoption:

WHEREAS sealed bids were advertised in the official Village newspaper and received on August 16, 2017 for Tree Removal and Pruning Services, and

WHEREAS, bids were received as per the following and reviewed by the Superintendent of Public Works as follows:

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Trustees, based upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Public Works, hereby awards the bid to Ramos Tree Service.
