Motion made by Trustee           and duly seconded by Trustee        that the following resolution is put forth for adoption:

RESOLVED; Board of Trustees hereby authorizes Sustainable Westchester to release operating data to Ampion, 31 St. James Avenue, Boson, MA, for data management services related to the Westchester Power Program.
