RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees hereby accepts the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) Annual Report for the reporting period ending March 9, 2023, as prepared by the Superintendent of Public Works with public access to the report available on the Village website (www.pleasantville-ny.gov).
