RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees hereby authorize the Village Administrator to sign a Demand Response Participation Authorization for the purposes of NYISO Emergency Demand Response Program (Grid Rewards) for the following Village owned buildings:

1.   Lake Street, Pool Building

2.   Village Hall, 80 Wheeler Avenue

3.   DPW Highway Garage

4.   Recreation Center, 48 Marble Avenue

5.   Clinton Street Center, 1A Clinton Street
