Motion made by Trustee      and duly seconded by Trustee     that the following resolution is put forth for adoption:

RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees, based upon recommendation of the Village DPW Superintendent/Engineer, hereby authorizes the Mayor to accept the conveyance of land located at the intersection of Bedford Road and Tompkins Avenue to enable widening that intersection, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, in accordance with findings pursuant to SEQRA, the proposed action will not have an adverse environmental impact.
