Motion made by Trustee       and duly seconded by Trustee      that the following resolution is put forth for adoption:

RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees hereby appoints Phillip Garcia to the position of Recreation Assistant, full-time, at a salary of $34,939 effective November 13, 2017.  Said appointment is subject to a Probationary Period of not less than twelve (12) weeks to a maximum of fifty-two (52 weeks.
