RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees hereby appoints the following persons to the “Climate Smart Task Force”:  Theresa Conway, Ben Serebin, Sharon AvRutinick, Russ Klein, Edwin Kuo, Anjali Sauthoff, Ryan Lamberg, Helen Meurer and Cathy Sabol.
