RESOLVED; that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Clerk to notice a Public Hearing for Monday, January 22, 2018, 8:00pm, prevailing time, 80 Wheeler Avenue, Pleasantville, to hear comments as it pertains to a Local Law amending the Village Code to include a Retail Check-Out Bag Ordinance.
