WHEREAS, sealed bids were advertised in the official Village newspaper and received on February 28, 2018 for a Two-Year Bid for Sidewalk and Curb Improvements, and

WHEREAS, bids were received as per the following and reviewed by the Superintendent of Public Works as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees, based upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Public Works, hereby awards the Bid to Con-Tech, Yorktown Heights, New York, in the amount of $67,725.00
